The Application is a single point to present to You information specific to some of Your online purchases or orders. You can connect up to 3 email accounts. At the present, You can directly connect to an email account provided by (i) Google (gmail), (ii) iCloud, (iii) Zoznam.sk or (iv) other email services where You are able to grant access by setting up the necessary ports and/or certificates.

The information is presented to You to understand the status of Your purchase/order. The Application monitors expected time of delivery (ETD) and notifies You about the purchase/order expected to be delivered “today” or “this week”. In case the ETD passed and the delivery was not yet confirmed, the Application notifies You that the purchase/order is in delay.

 

When you grant The Application permission to (only) read Your messages stored in Your email inbox, the Application verifies whether a stored message contains the information specific to Your purchase or purchase order placed online with a seller. The selected information (e.g. message sender or seller identification, timestamp, purchase or order identification) of a matching message is copied into the Application.

Based on the identified information the Application creates an internal unique page (IUP) representing the purchase/order. In case further information regarding specific purchase/order is identified after setting up the IUP (e.g. order confirmation, shipment confirmation, carrier identification or delivery confirmation) the status of the purchase/order is updated and the new selected information (e.g. message sender or seller identification, timestamp, purchase or order identification) of the matching message is added to the IUP.

In case the Application identified a message that potentially might represent a purchase/order but a part of the information is missing (e.g. order ID), You can process such message manually and create the IUP manually, or, if the message does not represent a purchase/order, You can archive such message.

Similarly, The Application might identify a message from the carrier but the carrier’s tracking ID differs from the seller’ order ID and the Application will not be able to automatically pair the message with the purchase/order, however, You can pair the respective messages manually.

Should the Application create the IUP for a message that is not a purchase/order, You can manually process the message and pair it with the correct purchase/order IUP or archive the message.

Based on the status, You can initiate follow up actions (e.g. to organize pickup of the goods, question the seller in case of delivery delay or to simply close the order after delivery).

However, You can take these follow up actions only outside of the Application, the Application does not modify the messages in Your email inbox, neither You can reply, forward or delete the message via the Application, nor You can create a purchase or order or payment via the Application.

When an email account is disconnected, the data is erased from the internal database. Should You wish to re-connect the once disconnected account, You can obtain only data regarding the new purchases/orders going back for the history of the last month.

You can filter the data to look up specific information and You can originate an report of all or selected/filtered data stored in the Your device using the csv export.

The reading of Your data is machine only, there is no human interaction in the process. The information is stored solely in Your device and there is no transfer of Your data outside of Your device e.g. to a cloud storage or web.
