The App works with email accounts where the User is able to grant the read access. The App is optimalized for GMAIL, however, the User can add accounts from other providers, with condition having the admin rights for that particular account. 

 

In case that for online shopping you use an account where you dont have the admin rights (typically, corporate email accounts), you will not be able to add the account for the App to monitor. The rights for the App can be granted only by the account admin.

A solution is to create a dedicated online shopping email account e.g. with GMAIL and the emails can be forwarded to your corporate email account and also to be monitored for your convenience by the App.
